DOT proposes WCAG 2.0 Level AA requirement for air travel websites

The Department of Transportation has proposed WCAG 2.0 Level AA
requirement for U.S. air travel related websites they govern.  This is
part of the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) Supplemental Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking (SNPRM) issued Monday, news of which even made the
White House!
