A preliminary editor's draft of this document is available [1]. The
document is produced by a small task force within the Mobile Web Best
Practices WG but comments and contributions are welcome on the public
mailing list [2], especially on section 3, "3. How Mobile Web Best
Practices can Benefit Users with Disabilities".
