Regrets for most of the meeting - will try to call in after I get to the
airport until my plane leaves.

A number of people will have to miss the first hour of today's
teleconference. In the interest of making the best use of everyone's
time, let's start today's meeting an hour late:

Time: 21:00 UTC, 7 AM Eastern Australia, 11 PM Central Europe, 5 PM Eastern

We will run a maximum of two hours (that is, we will end no later than
the originally scheduled ending time).
