XHTML 1.0 still lists longdesc for frame and iframe
(http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/dtds.html#a_dtd_XHTML-1.0-Frameset), see
also XHTML Modularization 1.1
(<http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization/abstract_modules.html#s_framesmodule>
and
<http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization/abstract_modules.html#s_iframemodule>).
