RE: PRELIMINARY - 6 October, 2005 Agenda ============================================

Sorry Gian.

I'm confused. Can you help me?

This agenda was sent out two days before the meeting. (about 36 hours)
It gives all the topics -- (and the meeting is scheduled at the same time
each week anyway.)

What was it that you didn't have that you needed?

We do add links to the agenda as we get them - and they are usually posted
to the list before that - but often people are meeting the day before so the
links come in late.

Also please help me with your reference to the southern hemisphere. I know
it affects which season we are in but not time.

If you can give me a bit more information on what it is that is a barrier to
participating we will try to address it better.

Thanks much.

Gregg

Hi Gregg

Can I just reiterate that for us in the southern hemisphere, we have
teleconferences very early in the morning and therefore if we haven't
received a complete agenda by around midday the day before (that's
approximately 18 hours prior to the meeting) then we cannot fully
participate in the teleconference.

Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

Cheers,
Gian
