I've had the same problem. Not fun. And (user agent issue) in JAWS forms
mode you can't tab to those "review" links because they're not part of a
<label> element (it would cause other problems if they were).

Two suggestions

1 - use firefox - it works for me there.
2 - use "open in new window" in IE  (or open in new tab with ff)
3 - submit your answers before going off.   You can always go back and
continue or change your answers.

UI proplem.......or maybe the usual user error.

I tried on two occasions to fill out the Team A survey.

GRRR..................OK.......I am a bit irritated. 

For the second time when I went off to the links on the bottom "please
review and comment" parts to look at the content, my previous answers,
which were writtten out in some detail, were erased. I will address my
concerns on the Thursday call.
