[reminder] registration ends 18 February for Technical Plenary

Registration ends this Friday, 18 February, for the W3C Technical 
Plenary [1].
More information about the meeting venue, schedule, and other logistics

registering.

The Techniques Task Force is meeting on Monday and Tuesday (28 February
and 1 March). If you are interested in attending the face-to-face
meeting but do not regularly attend the Techniques Task Force
