Please read the final internal docs in advance. 

You can use the list below to focus your reading -- but we will not be
walking the whole guidelines in the meeting.    I will just be asking if
people have any problems or see anything that should be changed before we
got out for public review.

So read in advance -- and if you won't be at the call-- post your comment in
advance (more than 20 minutes please).

Then we will just focus on those issues where someone raises a question or
issue.
