Gregg, the Eastern time zone isn't on Daylight Savings Time anymore.  Did
you mean 4:00 PM Eatern Time (3:00 PM Central, noon Pacific, etc)?

today is for different parts of the world. 

 

So please resynchronize yourself if you need to .
