Advertising meeting agendas

Y'all do realize, don't you, that notices like this--

-- that only mention checkpoints or topics by obscure, hermetic
section number are a really good way to make sure that only the
people who ever participate in these meetings ever will? Because the
rest of us can't figure out what you're talking about.

Are we working on guidelines or ordering from a Chinese menu?

At the very least, a specific hyperlink to the checkpoint *plus a
one-liner description of what it's about* is necessary. I would just
copy and paste the whole thing in. We've got lots of space here.
