Thinking about using "General" or "Cross-technology" in context of the full title: "General Techniques for WCAG 2.0" "Cross-technology Techniques for WCAG 2.0." "Techniques for WCAG 2.0 That Apply Across Technologies" How do "General" and "Cross-technology" translate into other languages? Ben's message says, "here are candidates...indicate your preference."
