Action Item: PDF Techniques, please review and comment

Reposting because it was ignored due to an unclear Subject
line................................

Hi All,
Loretta and I are a long way off from being done with this PDF
Techniques document, but it would be helpful for all to look at it and give
us your thoughts for which Checkpoint some of these techniques should go
under. I am stumped by a few. Skip the TOC because it is all wrong as I
have moved around the original numbering system. Don't think I want to #
them until we know where they fit best. It would be nice to have all of our
techniques doc have numbering in common, if possible. As in, the PDF
Techniques #1.1 (Provide text equivalents for images and graphics) would
match-up to the WCAG 2.0 #1.1 (Provide a text equivalent for all non-text
content).
That would really help for continuity sake, and
mapping.......................

I am still trying to work on it as we speak but hopefully you can take a
look at it..................please comment....................Katie &
Loretta
