Re: URGENT: title and short name for ER WG working draft

I agree.

Actually, since the authoring tools group is currently depending on this
document, we would really like to see a public draft with whatever title the
group likes, as soon as possible (we are required by process to publish a new
public draft at the beginning of May...)
