The technique is at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/ert/#Technique7.3.A The guidelines are clear, do not use MARQUEE. http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT-TECHS/#tech-avoid-movement The repair is to remove it or allow the user to change it to something else, such as STRONG. Agreed? Chris
