Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
[This announcement will be forwarded to the group and to W3C group chairs]

The Accessibility Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG) charter is
hereby extended until 31 December 2023:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/charter2020

EOWG develops strategies and resources to promote awareness,
understanding, implementation, and conformance testing for W3C
accessibility standards; and supports the accessibility work of other
W3C Groups.

This charter extension will allow EOWG to complete resources in the
existing charter, and also allow the W3C Team and Members to explore
potential future work under EOWG.

The EOWG Chairs are Kris Anne Kinney (Educational Testing Service) and
Brian Elton (TPGi). The Team Contact is Shawn Lawton Henry.

More information about the group and about joining the group is at:
https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/eowg/

Information about completed and active EOWG deliverables is at:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/EOWG_Current_Projects

If you have any questions or need further information, please contact
Shawn Lawton Henry, EOWG Team Contact, at <shawn@w3.org>.

This extension follows section 4.5 of the W3C Process Document:
https://www.w3.org/2023/Process-20230612/#charter-extension

Thank you,

For Philippe le Hegaret, W3C Strategy and Project Lead,
Shawn Lawton Henry, EOWG Team Contact;
Xueyuan Jia, W3C Marketing & Communications
