Hot topic: Media Accessibility

Many of you reviewed and commented on the hard, thoughtful work that Shawn
has done on the Media Accessibility resource - thank you!

Several have *not* made preliminary comments and really we don't want you
to be left out.

editor's list (links on the W4TW page). Shawn is polishing the draft and it
