Notes from Underground - and reminder of EO surveys

Lots going on! How to manage all the resources in development and
revision?
That's what we mostly discussed in EO planning this morning. Here are some
thoughts, and your response is encouraged and welcome:
-  Will shorten the time each survey is open to encourage quick turnover.
Always will include options to request more time or to opt out of the
review entirely. So please answer all surveys, even if to say no time for
review.
- Will ask all participants to remember and renew their 4 hour a week
commitment to EOWG. (considering holding a formal ceremony on the beach in
Hawaii)
- Will discuss the option to focus time on specific projects only and
document using the Current Contributions grid
