Extra time! Please use it to help EOWG

Hi dear colleagues,

We will meet face to face next week and have a few things for your
consideration in advance. This will help for those who attend but also and*
*just as importantly** we need input from those who are not going to be
there in person. Sp please do the following:
1. *No meeting Friday May 10*. Take the Friday meeting off your calendar
and see two hours suddenly freed up - yay!
2. *Use the time* to provide input for the face to face meeting next week.

3. *General housekeeping* - have you updated your availability for
teleconferences? planned for the 2019 TPAC meeting in Japan( we will have
to decide soon if a meeting is feasible based on people's responses) ?
completed the Current Contributions page in the wiki? These are all options
in the W4TW menu or linked from it.
Lots of useful, engaging work being produced here at EOWG with your help.
Thanks for your input, your good ideas, your open communication, and all
that you do! It's a pleasure and an honor to work with all of you. Looking
forward to seeing those who be in Austin next week and will miss the rest
of you. In the meantime, Happy GAAD!
