Hi Eric,

I've just asked the French Twitter people for some feedback because several brains are always better.

Meanwhile, here are the two concerns we may have:

# Non-breaking spaces in French

We have to prepend every vertical punctuation sign (":", ";", "?", "!") with a non-breaking space, or ideally with a thin non-breaking space. Samely, quotes in French are supposed to show like this: "Le mot «_chien_» n'aboie pas." (I added underscores supposed to represent non-breaking spaces).

The good news is that Boris Schapira provides a library for just that in Jekyll:

The bad news is that I have absolutely no idea how we can implement it on the How People with Disabilities Use the Web section. Does this ring any bell for you?

# French lang attribute

I added lang attributes as needed, but couldn't wrap the whole page itself.

I tried `<div lang="fr">` but it seemed to break the parser.

I also tried various forms of comments to no avail.

Now I'm clueless. Any idea so that we can change the language to French in the whole page (or in the whole `main` element at least)?
