EOWG - Face-to-Face Meetings - Updates

Hello All,

There have been some updates to the EOWG face-to-face meeting pages for
both March and May.

*19 & 20 March Face-to-Face*

   - There is a 15% lodging discount for any participant that wants to stay
   at the meeting hotel. See wiki page for details. If you have trouble with
   the ID# when booking, please email Brent.
   - A proposed agenda topic has been added to the wiki page. Please review
   and add your ideas as well.
   - Please update/add your participation availability if you have not done
   so yet.
   - More details to come soon!

*17 & 18 May Face-to-Face*

   - Dates have been set for Thursday and Friday (after AccessU) in Austin,
   TX.
   - Location in Austin is yet to be determined.
   - A proposed agenda topic has been added to the wiki page. Please review
   and add your ideas as well.
   - Please update/add your participation availability if you have not done
   so yet.

If you have specific dietary needs for either of these meetings, please let
the planning team know as soon as you can as we are working out menu
details very soon.
