Denis: Responsibility Matrix (was RE: EOWG - Work for this Week and Survey)

Hi Denis,

I read the minutes from last week and saw:

> Denis gave a quick update on progress on the roles and responsibilities matrix since the March F2F. While he is unable to come to next week's meeting, EO can expect to see survey questions about that resource and his collaborators Bill and/or Sean may be able to join. The goal will be for EO to review and verify that current project definition is aligned with what the group wants.

I never had feedback from you on this:
https://github.com/notabene/wcag-process-matrix/

Long story short: I took your preliminary work from the Responsibility Matrix[1] and generated a JSON, then used it plus Karl Groves's WCAG as JSON[2] to generate an easy-to-read matrix in several formats: XLSX, ODS, HTML.
Output is here: https://github.com/notabene/wcag-process-matrix/tree/master/output

I'm willing to help in this work, which looks to me quite similar to Ra11y by the way (can anybody confirm I understand Ra11y correctly?).

So:

1. is my project useful at some point?
2. since I had no information from you as to whether this resource was still alive, I'm going to do a workshop at Paris Web to update the Matrix from 2.0 to 2.1 - is it redundant with the work you're planning to do?
