Today's minutes and work for this week

Thanks everyone for a good discussion of various topics at our short
meeting this morning.  I have attached meeting minutes and please note the
following:
1. The survey to approve publication of How People with Disabilities use
the Web <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/PWD-use-Web/> is active and
open until March 27.
2. Work for this week is updated

3. It is still to be determined if there will be a weekly survey or not ,
dependent on questions about the Policies work. Please stay tuned.
