EOWG - Important, Please Read (Meetings)

Hello EOWG,

*The 24 February Teleconference meeting is *cancelled**. We know many
people are preparing for CSUN, as well as being gone from work most of the
week. We want to respect that time. If you are attending the face-to-face,
in person or on the phone, there are some materials that we would like you
to preview prior to the meeting. They are listed on the wiki (link below).

***In preparation for the EOWG Face-to-Face Meeting on the 27th & 28th
(Monday-Tuesday)...*

   - Please review the F2F (Logistics, Materials and Agenda) page

   - Please plan to eat breakfast and lunch at the meeting so food does not
   go to waste.
   - Please note that breakfast starts at 8:00 AM.
   - Please note that the meeting will start promptly at 8:30 AM both days.
   We have a lot to cover, please arrive early.
   - In preparation for the discussion on the resource "How People with
   Disabilities Use the Web

   through the entire resource prior to the meeting.

Please email Sharron or me if you have any questions about the upcoming
face-to-face. We are looking forward to a fantastic time with everyone.
These meetings create a lot of synergy and outstanding work. Please call in
if you cannot make it to San Diego (email us if you plan to do so).
