Links in GitHub drafts

Hiya EOWG folks,

Most of the documents we have in GitHub are using relative links, so that they will be easier to put on the WAI website when we're ready.

If you want to see where a link goes, just change the first part of the URI from GitHub to w3.org.
For example, in the Tips pages, if you click on a learn more link, you'll get something like this:
 http://w3c.github.io/WAI/eval/preliminary.html#contrast
just change it to:
 http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/preliminary.html#contrast
and you can see the page it links to.

Best,
~Shawn
