Remember to use WebEx for EOWG meeting tomorrow

Dear EOWG,

Tomorrow we make the switch to WebEx.  Those who attended last week got to
practice and should know the drill.  For those who missed it, here is the
information (it is also included on this week's agenda):

New call-in info (with WebEx):

   - You can join WebEx via browser

   (you'll need to download a client) and then you can have the meeting call
   you or use your computer audio

We will still use IRC for minuting and queue management.  Looking forward
