I spent about eight hours reading this document carefully. It is a media specification that should foreshadow standards for HTML5 media objects. As such the format is to list the functional implications of various disabilities. The document does this well. I strongly recommend editorial changes only. The sections on disability are succinct and to the point required to motivate the media recommendations that follow. Sincerely, Wayne
