Scope for simple example

I think changing the sentence marked as follows would make the heading 
ambiguity cleared.

In the table below, [<th>] Belgium should not be mistaken as the [column 
heading] for France, Holland, etc.

I missed this subtlety. Brackets [...], indicate insertions.
