more: WCAG-EM Comments format

Reminder: EOWG focuses on things like clarity, readability, and usability. You are welcome to put your comments about this in the EOWG wiki page for EOWG to discuss, *or* you can submit comments yourself directly to public-wai-evaltf@w3.org

If you have technical comments (as opposed to E&O-related comments), please submit them yourself directly to public-wai-evaltf@w3.org

If you do submit comments yourself, please link them in the wiki under "fyi, Comments that individuals sent directly (not through EOWG)" at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/WCAG-EM_review#fyi.2C_Comments_that_individuals_sent_directly_.28not_through_EOWG.29>. You can find the link to you comments from the archive of public-wai-evaltf: <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-evaltf/>

Thanks!!!
