Document "Topics for Web Accessibility Presentations and Training" / "about WCAG 2"

I think that this section [1] rather than pushing WCAG 2.0, needs to
guide people in the transition from WCAG 1.0 which is still only
beginning. Although it is W3C policy that WCAG 2.0 should be used and
not 1.0, in reality most people attending training in the short and
medium term will need to know about WCAG 1.0 as that is what they are
required to do. Even a year now after WCAG 2.0 became a Recommendation
this has still not changed much. I hope that it will change, but to be
useful or people now, this resource can not just skip WCAG 1.0.

Also, as it is updated for WCAG 2.0 and the wider range of technologies
it covers, training is needed in other formats. In my experience one of
the most asked-for topics is PDF (followed by Flash). Most people have
never heard of SMIL or SVG.

"Introduce WAI-ARIA" would be more useful approached as "Introduce the
problems of Ajax (and how WAI-ARIA can help to overcome them)".
