How about a title like this title.

"Attract Older People to Your Organization Using Web"

Then you could start your article with a sentence like:

"If you want to reach older people on the web then they must be able
to perceive, operate and understand your website.... "

This really builds on Liam's idea that decisions makers shouldn't
disable their website for potential customers.
