"Resources for Developing a Web Accessibility Business Case", comments on

This page [1] looks like a very valuable resource. Here are a few comments:

For the "Case Studies of Accessibility Improvements" it might be useful
to add something, somewhere, sometime in the future, to help people
compile information about the benefits their accessibility improvements
have had. Perhaps they should think about that before they start work.

It might also be uesful to include a call to action for people to submit
this kind of information even after the document is published.

Perhaps the heading "Case Studies of Accessibility Improvements" is not
sufficiently explicit.

I think that each section should start with a very short explanatory
sentence.

The "ROI" acronym needs expanding.

Typo in "Improvments."
