What about adding a sentence similar to this "A starting place is the
Introduction to Web Accessibility" along with its link <http://
www.w3.org/WAI/intro/accessibility.php> to the top introduction
section? This is because if somebody decides to read more about Web
accessibility, they have to read until the "How" section to find this
link. The sentence could be different but I think having that link in
the introduction section would be useful.
