The document looks very good. I still would like to see the actual Guidelines moved to the top of the list - but that's just me, I guess. If W3C is to deliver on its promise to truly be internationalised in scope/appearance I think that when the Standard (OK, REC!) is announced, it should not be only in English. I believe Bro.
