Hi Anna,

Unless otherwise noted, you can assume that all documents in the agenda are "review and comment". Often we'll have specific review questions, though not always.

Note that the agenda is for the teleconference, and thus focused on discussion. Sometimes there are "Call for Review" emails to EOWG that apply to those people who are not joining the teleconference.
