For review: Relationship MWBP-WCAG Overview page suggestions

Following last week's discussion of the Relationship Between MWBP-WCAG Overview page, I drafted a suggested edit. Alan reviewed it and basically agrees; however, he is not able to incorporate it right away.

Therefore, please review the attached draft. If you send comments in the next day or two, Alan may be able to incorporate them before the EOWG discussion on Friday.

Also, please review the four subpages that are linked from the top of <http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/Group/TaskForces/Accessibility/drafts/latest>:

We hope to publish an updated Working Draft of these soon.

Alan, can you remind us of the discussion around including the "Everything" list or not?
