There are several issues with this title in my opinion:

#1. it suggests that the document is about the use of mobile devices
#2. it does not reflect the main aspect of shared user experiences
#3. it implicitly equates using mobile devices to having a disability

I think the use of the colon is useful though, it provides a short name 
and a slightly longer explanation (as Sylvie had also suggested).
