Dear EOWG Participants:

An agenda and logistics for our 18 January 2008 teleconference follow.

Time: 8:30am - 10:30am U.S. Eastern Time. For other time zones see:
	  http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
Bridge: +1.617.761.6200 / +33.4.89.06.34.99 / +44.117.370.6152, code: EOWG# (3694#)
IRC: Channel: #eo, server: irc.w3.org, port: 6665

Scribe: Jack (per www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/scribes.html)

Agenda:

1. Messaging Mobile-Accessibility Overlap documents
We are currently planning to publish the Mobile-Accessibility overlap documents next week. Any comments on the draft W3C News blurb, WAI Highlight (for home page & RSS feed), or WAI IG e-mail?
* Drafts: http://www.w3.org/WAI/highlights/planning#highlights

2. WCAG 2.0 Review
Discuss comments in the following questionnaires or in email sent to the list:
* EOWG Comments on WCAG 2.0, 11 December 2008 Draft
  http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/WCAG20-11Dec12008/results
* EOWG Comments on WCAG 2.0 Supporting Documents, 11 December 2008 Drafts
  http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/wcag20-22Dec-support/results

Remember that EOWG comments should focus on readability, understandability, and navigability (as opposed to technical content). Also, we should focus first on WCAG 2.0 itself, and secondarily on the supporting documents.

Review Note: The deadline for submitting comments for EOWG consideration is Wednesday 23 January 3:00pm, so that we can be prepared for final discussion at next week's teleconference. (per http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2008JanMar/0037.html )

---

Agenda note: The EOWG Deliverables Plan and the Priorities for Translating WAI Documents are not on the agenda since there were no comments send to the list, per http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2008JanMar/0036.html

Reminder that agendas for upcoming meetings are updated regularly at http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/#meetings

- To type a side comment that will _not_ get recorded in the minutes, type /me comment - e.g.:
/me hopes everyone had pleasant holidays
will come out:
*shawn hopes everyone had pleasant holidays
