Final comments on WCAG 2.0 Guidelines

Hi everyone,

I appreciate your time on these comments today, they were very helpful. 
Since I am new to all this, it was great to get the various perspectives. 
Thanks to Wayne , Liam and Judy for their written input as well.  

I have attached to final version of the comments I am posting to the WCAG
Working Group.
