Comments, also Regrets - EOWG 25 May 2007 Teleconference

Hi all -- I can't attend this afternoon (family reasons). Apologies. 
I've filled in the questionnaire -- also congratulations to the WCAG WG, 
they have done a great job.

Regarding conformance, I would suggest adding h2 to the WCAG 2.0 
Overview of
'Conforming to WCAG 2.0 A, AA and AAA'

to give all the visual triggers people will be looking for. This section 
needs to cover:

- That conformance to each level requires all SC's of that level are met.
- That conformance applies to a page, not a site or domain.
- For each level of conformance, the effect of conformance on users.
