EOWG comments on ATAG 2.0 7 December 2006 Working Draft

I have belated finished compiling and editing EOWG's comments on the ATAG 
2.0 Working Draft of 7 December 2006, and sent these to AUWG which is 
holding a face-to-face meeting this week.

I am sorry not to have been able to complete that earlier.

There had been a request to cycle the comments through EOWG again for 
feedback and as this had not been possible to date and the timing was 
pressing because of AUWG's upcoming meeting, I edited what we had developed 
so far for readability and sent it over.

Should you have additional feedback on these please comment onto the AUWG 
list if necessary, but unless there is a significant clarification I would 
suggest saving additional comments for their next draft.
