A superset of Accessibility Advocates/Apostles is those preaching about 
the Web itself.

When we are called on to explain the Web (this still happens a lot) to 
complete "newbies" it would behoove us to include the importance that 
Accessibility has for PWD and that all of us will become dependent on 
these matters.

In this situation one is an "instructor" in the sense of the document 
discussed on today's call.
