Dear EOWG Participants:

An agenda and calling logistics for our 22 September 2006 teleconference follow.

Time: 8:30am - 10:30am U.S. Eastern Time. For other time zones see:
              http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
Bridge: +1.617.761.6200, code: EOWG# (3694#)
IRC: Channel: #eo, server: irc.w3.org, port: 6665
Scribe: See http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/scribes.html

Agenda:

1. Components of Web Accessibility: A Mini-Tutorial
   - Latest version:
      http://www.w3.org/Talks/wai-components/all-extended.htm
   - Requirements and changelog:
      http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/changelogs/cl-components-self

Note: The images are still rough placeholders. We'll update the individual components images to be specific for each slide.

Questions for discussion:
a. How is this version meeting the requirements? Does it contain the right amount of content and detail?
b. What do we call these and others like them? We left last week wanting to think more about "Mini-Tutorial". Note that we decided last week to: "title the material format-neutral (e.g., don't use the term "slides" in the title)"
c. What specific suggestions do you have for improvements or discussion?

Please review the e-mail thread starting at:
	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2006JulSep/0106.html
Note that at the top, in the "Related messages" list of links, there is a link to [Next in thread]

The latest proposal is at:
	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2006JulSep/0116.html

Keep in mind that the scenarios for using this material are not just a person going through the document by themselves; scenarios also include people in a group talking about the document, people using it to create their own presentations, etc.

Regards,
~ Shawn

IRC reminders and tips:
- IRC is supplemental to the call. Some participants do not have IRC. All
substantive comments should be said verbally in the call (not just in IRC).
- to type a side comment that will _not_ get recorded in the minutes, type
/me comment - e.g.:
/me hopes everyone had pleasant holidays
will come out:
*shawn hopes everyone had pleasant holidays
