Update from the Before & After Demo (BAD) Task Force

Dear Group,

As indicated in the agenda, will be talking about the BAD site tomorrow. Here is a brief update on the work of the Task Force, and some questions for discussion:

Overview page for the project:
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/>

Status of the deliverables:
  - Inaccessible ("before") site: ready for feedback (more below)
  - Repaired ("after") site: *not* yet ready for feedback
  - Evaluation reports: *not* yet ready for feedback

For discussion tomorrow:
  - "before" site:
    <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/before/>
  - "features list":
    <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/features>

Summary:
The BAD Task Force previously reported to EOWG on the 18 November, 2005. We demonstrated an early snapshot of the "before" site and got some useful feedback. We've incorporated many of the changes and refined the draft site. The features list is also up-to-date and highlights which accessibility barriers have been selected for demonstration, and which have been recorded on the wish-list.

On tomorrow's EOWG call, we hope to get feedback the content and implementation of the "before" site rather than feature requests or concept discussions in order to move forward.

Regards,
  Shadi
