Not really one of the review documents but also related to baseline in last weeks' document. In sub-section "About Baselines for WCAG 2.0" it reads the following:

"When a Web site claims to conform to WCAG 2.0, all information and functionality of the Web content conform to WCAG 2.0 [...]"
