Shawn - Great idea. I'm sure we can help out.

1. Requirements? ok
2. Quickly? yes; little harm? yes (but need to be careful)
3. Information contained? might need more than links to existing WAI
material as much of this is getting old.
4. Title? "how to make it accessible" is ok. What about just "making it
accessible", "making a web page accessible"?
