EOWG: Lexicon for your review...

Here are some comments on different parts (not all) of the document. I
sent this before Friday's meeting but to w3c-wai-eo-request by mistake.

Conformance.

* Perhaps this could be simlplified as something like "Said
of / describes a product or service...".
* We could also perhaps omit "attains" as the item is often
conformant without effort, for example "Describes a product
or service that satisfies all the requirements..."

Render. "The user agent may emphasis the content responding to CSS
directions by changing font or tone of voice."

* Something is needed to tie this to the preceding sentence
as it is part of the example, not the definition.
* I think mentioning CSS is unnecessary here as the UA would
   add emphasis even without CSS.
* Spelling "add emphasis" or "emphasise / emphasize"

Linearized content. "...web content in a sequential order..." I think that
non-linearized content also has a sequential order. The point is that the
sequence may be different. I think linearisation is about removing
anything that alters the reading order perceived by the user.

Introduction: The phrase "Beginners lexicon for WAI documents is to aid
translators" seems odd. I don't think that beginners would be translating
these documents. Perhaps something like "may also be of use to
translators".
