Questions for review and discussion - in this order:

a. does the text generally say what we want it to say? what would be
better headings?

b. does the flow of the overview image convey what we want it to convey?

c. does the chunking and flow of the sections work?

d. there are four types of images: people (for user and developer),
content, computer (for tools), computer with document (for specs and
guidelines). does having these image concepts work? (NOT the exact
images - those are bad clipart placeholders for now and would be
replaced!)
