Comments: Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Overview Slide Show

Hello, all -

The title of the slide show was changed from "Online Overview of the Web
Accessibility Initiative" to "Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Overview"
because:

1. "Online" is unnecessary, as all content of a Web site is online. Also,
the slide show might be used "offline" for a presentation.

2. "Overview" was moved to the end to avoid confusion about the intent of
the Introduction page. With "Overview" at the beginning, the title of the
intro page would be "Introduction to the Overview of the Web Accessibility
Initiative (WAI)," which is potentially confusing (introduction to the
Overview?).

2. The acronym "WAI" was added at the <H1> level for clarity.

Of course, these changes are open to EOWG discussion.
