         1. first-order vs. second-order claims of auxiliary benefits:

         2. terminology too narrow?: Kathleen, Francine, Natasha, Charmane
         3. clear on this document being "_beyond_ the benefits to people 
with disabilities": (who on this?)
         4. additional thoughts on which sections should migrate to where?
         Do people have comments ready after a careful re-read? Send to 
list if possible please.

         Review of proposal for next steps on WAI site, from end of 
face-to-face meeting
