Department of Defence Advanced Distributed Learning Network

There is an IEEE and DOD working groups (some type of cooperative project)
developing standards for learning technologies based upon XML.  This may be
an interesting test of the Web Content Guidelines and for advocacy of
accessibility in another standards group.
